§ 1 Scope, Customer Information

The following terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between Fräulein Annie Lingerie - Frauke Nagel and consumers and retailers who buy goods in our shop. Terms and conditions that are conflicting or deviating from this are not accepted by us.
§ 2 Contract

(1)       The offers in our webshop represent a non-binding invitation for you to buy goods.
(2)       You can put one or more products into the shopping bag. During the ordering process, you can enter your information and wishes regarding payment, delivery etc.. Only after clicking the order button, you make a binding offer to conclude a purchasing contract. You can also submit a binding order by fax. The confirmation of receipt of the order that you’ll receive from us by return does not constitute an acceptance of your offer to purchase.

(3)       We are entitled to accept your offer within 1 working day by sending an order confirmation via e-mail. If you haven't heard from us after 1 working day, your offer is rejected and you are no longer tied to your offer.

§ 3 Customer Information: Storage of your order details

Your order with details of the contract (eg type of product, price, etc.) is stored by us. We will send you the terms and conditions by email but you can also view them anytime on our website.

As a registered customer you can access your current and previous orders via your customer online account ('Login in' the top menu bar or 'Your Customer Account' in the footer section).

§ 4 Customer Information: Correction Notice

You can correct your input before submitting the order at any time by pressing the Delete button. We will inform you during the order process of further options on how to change the content of your order. You can also stop the order process completely at any time by closing the browser window.
§ 5 Retention of Ownership

The goods remain our property until full payment.
§ 6 Statutory Warranty Rights
Our products are subject to statutory warranty rights.
§ 7 Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for negligent breach of duty unless they relate to contractual obligations, damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, guarantees or claims under the Product Liability Act. The same applies to any of our agents and our legal representatives. Our main contractual obligations are to hand over the goods to you and to give you the property for it. Furthermore, we have to give you the goods free from material and legal defects.
