WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY?
If you wish to exchange or return an item you can do so within 14 days* of receipt. The product must be unused and in perfect condition together with labels and packaging intact. Please indicate whether this is a return or exchange. As soon as we receive the product, we will exchange it or give you a full refund, as per your wishes. You will not, however, be reimbursed for the return shipping charge. Please keep the postal receipt as proof of the return. If you wish to exchange for alternative items, we will pay for the dispatch of your replacement order.
*For all orders in December, we allow an extended exchange or return time of 25 days from the day of receipt.
You are liable for the cost of returning items, custom charges or duty fees. You need to fill out a custom form that you'll get at your local post office. You need to declare the goods as 'Returns' to avoid additional charges. If you exchange for alternative items, we will pay for the dispatch of your replacement order.
WHAT IF THE GARMENT IS FAULTY?
In the rare occasion that you should receive a faulty garment from us, we will exchange or fully refund you, as per your wish.

Our lingerie is handwash only. Please refer to our care guide for more information. We are unable to offer refunds for garments damaged due to incorrect care.
